Mr. David Leroy Cauley, age 80 of Douglas, passed away late Tuesday night, November 24, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL following an extended illness. Mr. Cauley was born August 11, 1940 to the late Leroy Cauley and the late Hattie Swails Cauley. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Jimmy Cauley, Johnny Cauley, Ray Cauley and Lydia Sockwell.
Mr. Cauley, a native of Ambrose, GA, retired from Fleetwood Homes after 33 years of service to the company as an electrician. He was a faithful member of West Ward Church of God. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

The graveside service and interment will be Sunday afternoon, November 29, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Harrell Grove Cemetery with Bishop Britt Peavy and Rev. Buddy Jordan officiating.
