All Coffee County Schools will be closing early on Friday, December 11, 2020. The Coffee High Trojans will be competing in Round 3 of the state football playoffs Friday evening in Calhoun, which is well north of Atlanta. Due to the distance involved in this trip, the system is dismissing school early in order to allow players, students and fans to travel safely and return home late Friday evening. 11:20 AM – Coffee Middle School
11:05 AM – George Washington Carver Freshman Campus
11:00 AM – Alternative School
11:05 AM – Wiregrass Regional College and Career Academy
11:30 AM – Coffee High School
The system will also be disinfecting and deep cleaning all school facilities on Friday after the buildings are vacated. This will help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
