Mr. Calvin G. McDonald, age 59 of Douglas, Ga., passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Douglas, Ga.

 

Survivors include:

 

Daughters:  Amber McDonald of Pearson, Ga.

Amanda McDonald of Pearson, Ga.

Brandy Kersey and husband Christopher of Douglas, Ga.

 

Brothers:  Fred McDonald of Pearson, Ga.

Luke McDonald of Pearson, Ga.

 

Sisters:  Sue White and husband Doodle of Pearson, Ga.

Laverne Carver and husband Craig of Pearson, Ga.

Ruth McDonald of Pearson, Ga.

 

Special friend:  Peggy Meeks of Douglas, Ga.

 

Grandchildren:  Tyler Harper, Logan McDonald, Bailey Morgan, and Liam Green.

 

Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

 

Mr. McDonald was preceded in death by his parents Thomas E. and Evelyn McKinnon McDonald, and sisters, Peggy McDonald and Linda Bowen.

 

Memorialization was by cremation. A memorial service for Mr. McDonald will be held, Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery, with Father Paul O’Connell officiating.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.
