Mrs. Karen Batten, 67 of Coffee County, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at her residence with her loved ones by her side. She is the daughter of the late Jack Arnette and Margret Hursey.
Mrs. Batten is survived by her son, Perry (Kristi) Batten of Douglas, GA; daughter Jill Stubbs of Douglas, GA; sisters Fronnie (Ronald) Fletcher of Douglas, GA and Irene (Johnnie) Troupe of Douglas, GA; brother Julius Arnett of Thailand; brothers-in-law Woodrow (Omega) Williams of Jacksonville, FL, Roy (Barbara) Batten of Dawsonville, GA; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives also survive.
Other than her parents Mrs. Batten is preceded in death by her husband, Perry Rayford Batten.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 31, 2020 at Southview Church of God.
