David Morgan, age 67 of West Green, GA passed away Tuesday, January, 5, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.  David was born March 29, 1953 in Douglas to parents Bill and Jackie Morgan.  He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Morgan and a brother, Lamar Morgan.

 

Survivors include: Wife Carol Ray Morgan of West Green; mother Jackie Morgan of Douglas; son Scott (Mandy) Morgan of West Green; grandchildren, Jake Morgan, Cheyenne Morgan, Kaitlyn Nails; great granddaughter Ellie Nails; sister Gail Morgan; brothers Timmy (Pam) Morgan, Terry (Tamara) Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.

 

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Douglas City Cemetery with Rev. Leroy Spivey officiating.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

 

Due to COVID-19, Sims Funeral Home Inc. will require all guests and attendees to wear appropriate medical grade face masks and maintain social distancing at all times while visiting our facility, and highly encouraged at our services outside of our facility. Masks are not provided.
