Mr. Walter B. Gadberry, Jr. age 78 of Willacoochee, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas following a brief illness.

 

A native of Kieser, Arkansas, Mr. Gadberry was born, November 11, 1942, son of Mr. Walter B. Gadberry, Sr. and Mrs. Ruby Moss.  Coming from Polk County, Florida, he made his home, for the last 22 years, in Willacoochee, where he was a self-employed truck driver.  Mr. Gadberry was preceded in death, along with his parents, by his son, Christopher Gadberry and his daughter, Lisa Gadberry.

 

Survivors include:

 

Wife:  Phyllis Gadberry of Willacoochee, Ga.

Daughters:  Melissa Gadberry Williams

Kimberly Gadberry of Willacoochee, Ga.

Stephanie Gadberry of Willacoochee, Ga.

Alyssa Gadberry of Willacoochee, Ga.

Several other relatives also survive.

 

Memorialization is by cremation.

 

Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
