Mrs. Janice Ann Meeks Ringhaver, age 80 of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Community Hospice and Palliative Care (Hadlow Center for Caring) following an extended illness. Mrs. Ringhaver was born January 24, 1941 to the late John Emmett Meeks and the late Annie Louise Clough Meeks.

Mrs. Ringhaver, a native of Douglas, GA, was an artist and interior designer. Her church affiliation was with Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include:

4 Children: Deborah Elaine Stone Ringhaver, Sherri Lynn Geddes (Timothy), Lance Kendal Ringhaver (Rachel) and Mark Christian Ringhaver.

9 Grandchildren: Heather Courtney (Will), Lambert Lane, Holton Lane, Palmer Lane, Hunter Geddes (Jenna), Kylie Geddes, Brooke Geddes, Kylie Ringhaver and Caden Ringhaver.

3 Great Grandchildren: William Marshall Courtney IV, Cuyler Lane Courtney and Helen Hall Courtney.

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, May, 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Central Baptist Church with the interment to follow in Central Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, May 21, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home.

Active Pallbearers for the service will be: Ken Ringhaver, Mark Ringhaver, Emory Meeks, David Meeks, Holton Lane and Caden Ringhaver.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
