Mr. James Milton Carter, 67 of West Green, GA passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his home with his loved ones by his side. He is the son of the late Milton Carter and Mollie Cooper.
Mr. Carter is survived by his wife; Dorlis Carter of West Green, GA.
Son; Mitchell Carter of Alma, GA.
Step-sons; Joey Porter and Jamie Porter
From Previous Marriage:
Step-Son; Raymond Mercer of Claxton.
2 Step-Daughters; Joanne Clay of Douglas, GA and Jody Mercer of Douglas, GA.
2 Sisters; Betty Bennett of North Carolina and Peggy Spivey of Douglas, GA.
Brother; Jimmy Carter of Nicholls, GA.
16 Grandchildren, Several Great-Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews also survived.
Other than his parents Mr. Carter is preceded in death by his sister; Glenda Music.
Visitation will take place Friday June 18, 2021 from 6 PM-8 PM in the Chapel of Johnson Funeral & Cremation Services.
Graveside Service will be held Saturday June 19, 2021 at 11 AM at Roxe Mae Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers; Brad Moon, Zackery Porter, Riley Mercer, Jackie Tipton, Erick Gares, Stephen Porter, Dan Mercer III and Tonlis Lopez.
