Mr. Robert Gordon Anderson, age 66 of Nicholls, passed away Tuesday evening, June 22, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Mr. Anderson was born September 1, 1954 to the late Johnnie Anderson and the late Mary Myrtle Gillespie Anderson. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Roger Anderson, David Anderson and Elaine Bond; and his father-in-law: Robert Harper.
Mr. Anderson, a native of Coffee County, had been a self-employed owner/operator truck driver for over 30 plus years. He attended Chatterton Holiness Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday June 25,2021 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be Friday afternoon at 2:00 PM at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Chaney, Rev. Tim Mock and Rev. Ben Culpepper officiating. The interment will follow in Chatterton Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19, attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the visitation, funeral service and interment. Please wear your mask for safety precautions and in accordance with CDC guidelines.
