Constance Ann Howard, age 71, of Eufaula, Alabama passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 in Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Howard was born on October 16, 1949 in Indiana to the late Robert Kelley and the late Wilma Mills Kelley. 

 

Mrs. Howard was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during the Vietnam War.

 

Survivors include her husband, Jack D. Howard of Eufaula, AL; step-daughter, Angela Ajie of Clayton, AL; 2 sisters, Lori McClarty of New Mexico and Barbara Cannon Moralez of Ohio; grandchildren, Denny Ellington and Kenny Sandborn; son-in-law, Randal Sandborn; brother, Kerry Kelley of New Mexico; several nieces and nephews.

 

Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Douglas City Cemetery with Rev. Jimbo Cox and Rev. Randy Cox officiating.

 

Family and friends will meet at the cemetery. Memorialization was by cremation.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
