Carmen Gail Hollis Smith, age 41, of West Green, Georgia passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Coffee Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Smith was born on January 14, 1980, in Douglas, Georgia to Laddie Hollis and Janet Davis.

 

Her survivors include: Father, Laddie Hollis of West Green, GA, Mother, Janet (Don) Davis of Douglas, GA, Two daughters, Allie Smith and Caitlin Smith, both of West Green, GA, and two sons, Ryder Smith and Carter Cornett, also of West Green GA, Grandchild, Jensen Smith of West Green, GA, Brother, Chad (Stephanie) Hollis of Wray, GA, Nieces, Madison Hollis, Emma Hollis, Hannah Hollis, along with two special friends, Jamie and Melissa Kight. 

 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 2:00PM, at West Green Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Bounds and Rev. Bruce Deen officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be, J.R. Railey, Dustin Railey, Derrick Railey, Jacob Ward, Josh Cornett, and Jake Cornett.

 

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Sims Funeral Home. 

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
