Ronnie Lee Harper, age 40, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Harper was born on August 9, 1981, in Douglas, Georgia to Ronnie Harper and Sue Ellen Spivey Harper.

 

Survivors include: Father, Ronnie (Ellen, Special Mom) Harper of Douglas, GA, Brother, Jay Allen Harper of Douglas, GA, Sister, Rena’ Harper (Joshua) Williams of Douglas, GA, Nephew, Mason Allen Harper of Douglas, GA, Niece, Bristol Oliva Williams of Douglas, GA, Aunt, Janice Harper Lewis of Douglas, GA, Uncle, John Henry (Linda) Harper of Douglas, GA, Step-Sister, Ellen L. Rigdon Reaves, Step-Sister, Sarah E. Rigdon Rowe, and Brother-in-Law, Chris Rowe. Mr. Harper was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Ellen Spivey Harper. 

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00PM, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Merritt officiating. Interment will follow at Purvis (Calvary) Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 21, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home. 

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
