Mrs. Tina Louise Laney Mason, age 56 of Blackshear, GA passed away Tuesday morning, September 14, 2021 at her residence in Blackshear, GA following a short illness. Mrs. Mason was born December 4, 1964 to the late Howard Edward Laney and the late Jane Marie Wise Laney. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Todd Mason and a sister Rose Bragg.

Mrs. Mason, a native of Orlando, FL, was a homemaker. She attended Willacoochee Church of God.

Survivors include:

Husband: Dennis Todd Mason of Blackshear, GA

Daughters: Brandy Laney of Broxton, GA
Meghan Mason of Martinsburg, WV

Son: Ryan Mason of Pearson, GA

Brothers: Howard Laney and William Laney both of Willacoochee, GA

Sisters: Carol Wood and Mary Graham both of Willacoochee, GA

6 Grandchildren: Aiden Bayard, Colt Bayard and Kiersten Bayard all of Broxton, GA
Carson Baker, Carter Baker and Peyton Baker all of Martinsburg, WV

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends

The funeral service will be Friday morning, September 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. Buster William Laney officiating. The interment will follow at Willacoochee City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends, on Thursday evening, September 16, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home.

Due to COVID-19, the family would like to ask that all attendees, please follow the rules of social distancing and wear your mask for safety precautions for the visitation and service.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
