Mildred H. Pitts, age 90, of Brunswick, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in Brunswick, Georgia. Mrs. Pitts was born on August 15, 1931 in Irwin County, Georgia the daughter of the late Otis & Mamie Hutto Harper.

 

Mrs. Pitts was a homemaker and a member of Glyndale Baptist Church, Brunswick, Georgia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Pitts, 3 brothers, Alton Harper, Cordell Harper and Vernon Harper and 1 sister, Clara Reams.

 

Survivors are a number of nieces and nephews.

 

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Satilla Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ken Creekmore officiating.

 

Family will receive friends at the graveside.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
