John A. “Peanut” Little, 76

John A. “Peanut” Little, age 76, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Vista Park Health and Rehabilitation in Douglas, Georgia. Mr. Little was born on December 7, 1944, in Douglas, GA to J. C. Little and Dorothy L. Vining Little.

 

Survivors include: His Brother-in-Law, Eustace Wright of Douglas, GA, Caregiver, Tiffany Cowart, and several extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by: Mother, Dorothy L. Vining Little, Father, J. C. Little, and Sister, Eva Kay Little Wright. 

 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 3:00PM, at Harrell Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James “Jimbo” Steed, Rev. Edsel Young, and Tony Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be; Stacey Adams, Steve Adams, Van Grantham, Steve Vickers, Bill Gieger, Perry Gieger, Kevin Wright, and Sid Adams.

 

The family will receive friends Friday, October 8, 2021 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at Sims Funeral Home.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the coronavirus, including masks and social distancing.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
