Mrs. Elaine Knowles Pafford, age 63 of Ambrose, GA, passed away Monday morning, November 15, 2021 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a short illness. Mrs. Pafford was born April 2, 1958 to the late Daniel Jefferson Knowles and the late Betty Varnedore Knowles Arnold. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a Sister: Katherine Barber, Step-Father, Paul Arnold and a step-daughter, Desiree Barr.

Mrs. Pafford, a native of Bacon County, was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Coffee Regional Medical Center. She was a member of First Assembly of God.

Survivors include:

Her Husband: Michael Pafford of Ambrose, GA

1 Sister: Janet Smith of Ambrose, GA

4 Brothers: Ashley Knowles, Joe Knowles and wife Lee and Gerald Knowles, all of Douglas, GA
Larry Knowles and wife Jone Knowles of Ranger, GA

3 Step-Daughters: Amanda Barr of Ambrose, GA
Cassie Breedlove and husband Ray of Panama City, FL
Samantha Cowart and husband Dustin of Broxton, GA

1 Step-Brother: Clarence Barr of Broxton, GA

11 Step-Grandchildren and 1 Step-Great Grandchild

The funeral service will be Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at First Assembly of God with Rev. Marshall Adcock officiating. The interment will follow in Tanner Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at First Assembly of God.

Due to COVID-19, the family asks that all attendees please follow the rules of social distancing and wear your mask for safety precautions at the visitation, service and interment.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
