Mrs. Mary Patricia Roe Vazquez, age 54 of Axson, Ga. passed away, Thursday, November 18, 2021, at South Ga. Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga., following an extended illness. She was born in Orlando, Florida on November 28, 1966, daughter of Perry Travis Roe and Patricia Floyd Roe.  Mrs. Vazquez worked at Carolina Skiff in the fiberglass repair department.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Mrs. Vazquez was preceded in death, along with her parents, by her husband, Ignacio Vazquez and 3 brothers: Perry Ray Roe, Emanuel Kerry Roe and Edward Bernell Roe.

 

Survivors include:  

 

3 Brothers:  Travis Roe and wife, Prencess of Waycross, Ga.

                   Patrick Roe and wife, Martha of Ocilla, Ga.

                   Jody McRay Roe and wife, Ann of Waycross, Ga.

 

Sister:  Brenda Paulk of Willacoochee, Ga.

 

Several nieces and nephews, along with other relatives, also survive.

 

Graveside services for Mrs. Vazquez were held Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Willacoochee City Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Ben Martin officiating.  Special musical selections included, “Sissy’s Song”, “In the Garden” and “Between Me & God” all rendered by cd.  

 

The interment followed in Willacoochee City Cemetery.
