Mr. Charles Anthony “Andy” Arnold, age 50 of Brunswick, GA, passed away Sunday morning, January 2, 2022 at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital in Savannah following an extended illness. Mr. Arnold was born August 19, 1971 to Mrs. Inez Flanagan Arnold and Mr. Herbert Arnold.

Mr. Arnold, a native of Douglas, GA. had received a Master’s Degree in Computers and was employed with Abaca Solutions Group. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include:

His wife: Sheila Diane Jordan Arnold of Brunswick, GA

Step-Children: Stephanie White of Thomasville, GA
April Odum of Waycross, GA
Britney Odum of Wisconsin

Mother: Inez Flanagan Arnold of Blountsville, AL

Father: Herbert Arnold of IL

Brothers: Mitch Arnold of Blountsville, AL
Marty Arnold of Missouri

Sisters: Amanda Adams of Benton, AR
Fallon Whitehead of Holly Pond, AL

Special Cousins: John Hersey and Joe Hersey both of Brunswick, GA
Jamie Hersey of Douglas, GA

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, January 5, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ricketson Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be Thursday afternoon, January 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Chapel of Ricketson Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Flanagan officiating. The interment will follow in Griffin Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19, the family has asked all attendees to please follow the rules and guidelines for social distancing and to wear your mask for safety precautions at the visitation, service and interment.

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
