Mr. Chad M. Moody, Jr. age 24 of Pearson, Ga., passed away, Sunday, January 23, 2022, at his home following an extended illness.  

 

Survivors include: 

 

Father:  Chad M. Moody, Sr. and wife, Dene of Pearson, Ga.

 

Mother:  Jessica Lewis Chavez and husband, Payo of Pearson, Ga.

 

Maternal Grandmother:  Elaine Taft and husband, Ray of Pearson, Ga.

 

Paternal Grandmother:  Delphia May Moody of Pearson, Ga.

 

2 Brothers:  Diego Chavez of Pearson, Ga.

Cain Chavez of Pearson, Ga.

 

3 Sisters:  Jessalynn Merritt and husband, Jordan of Pearson, Ga.

Karrigen Moody of Pearson, Ga.

Luna Chavez of Pearson, Ga.

 

Nephew:  Grayson Merritt

 

Funeral services for Chad will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Cornerstone Church at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Allen Arrowood, Rev. David Oglesby, and Rev. Ashley Whitley officiating.  The interment will follow in Jowers Cemetery.

 

Chad will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.

 

Visitation will be held Tuesday night, January 25th at Relihan Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and standards regarding containment of the coronavirus including masks and social distancing.

 

Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
