Kenneth “Pee Wee” W. Burnam, age 79, of Ambrose, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Emory University Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Burnam was born on September 21, 1942, in Coffee County, GA, to the late Leroy and Mae Burnam.

 

Survivors include: Wife; Davon Burnam of Ambrose, GA, Two Sons; Kevin Burnam of Ambrose, GA, Ken Burnam of Ambrose, GA, Grandchildren; Chelsey Burnam, Bailey Burnam, Brantley Burnam, Bree Martin (Mathew), and a  Sister; Shirley Adams of Tifton, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Burnam was preceded in death by: His Parents; Leroy and Mae Burnam, Sister; Carolyn Johnson, and a Brother; Billy Joe Burnam.

 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.

 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 2, 2022, at 2:00PM, at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home, with Rev. Leroy Spivey and Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Interment will follow at Bethany Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Rob Smith Jr., Sam Ray, Jared Swain, Chris Falk, and Brad Vickers.

 

Due to Covid-19, Sims Funeral Home Inc. will require all customers, guests, and attendees to wear medical grade masks at all times while in our facility, as well as social distancing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however the safety of our staff and those we serve are our primary concern. Masks will not be provided.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
