Steve Alan Stewart, age 61, of Broxton, Georgia passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at his residence following a brief illness. Mr. Stewart was born on June 10, 1960, in St Louis, Missouri to the late James Thomas Stewart and Helen Marie Littleton  Stewart.

 

Survivors include: His Wife;  Sheri Lee Durham Stewart of Broxton, GA,  One Daughter;  Holli Stewart of Savannah, GA,  Two Sons;  Stephen Blake (Casey) Stewart of Douglas, GA, Daniel Cole Stewart of Broxton, GA,  Three Grandchildren;  Mason Stewart, Maggie Stewart, Max Stewart, and one  Brother;  Travis Stewart of Parma, MO. Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by:  His Parents: James Thomas Stewart and Helen Marie Littleton Stewart.

 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.

 

Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, at 2:00PM, at the Stewart Family Cemetery (Broxton, GA) with Rev. Mark Mercer officiating. Active Pallbearers will be: Chet Ellis, Harry Wayne Greenmore, Jerry McKinnon, Joey Wooten, Mac McCrary, Scott Kirkland, Stacey Harper, and Scott Merritt. Honorary Pallbearers will be all Lasseter Equipment Employees.

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
