Drug officers arrest suspected traffickers, seize methamphetamine and heroin

On March 7, 2022, the CCDU located a wanted subject, Daniel Crenshaw, in the Oak Park Community. Crenshaw attempted to flee from officers, but was apprehended. Crenshaw was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

 

 

On March 7, 2022, the CCDU located a wanted probationer, Rob Wood, and placed him under arrest for the probation and parole violations. Wood also had a felony terroristic threats warrant, as well as bench warrants related to traffic offenses out for his arrest.

 

 

On March 8, 2022, a CCDU K9 attempted to stop an ATV driven by Tykevious Moore. Moore fled from deputies but was apprehended after he got his ATV stuck near a creek. Moore was arrested charged with fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, and other traffic related offenses.

 

 

On March 8, 2022, the CCDU furthered a drug investigation by conducting a search of a residence where Stephanie Rouis resided. Rouis was released on bond from drug charges in weeks prior. As a result of the search, suspected heroin and another suspected controlled substance was located. Rouis was arrested again, and this time charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

 

 

On March 10, 2022, the CCDU located a wanted probationer by the name of Roberto Martinez. The investigation was furthered by searching a residence where Martinez was suspected to be residing. A search warrant was served for the Douglas residence and as a result a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and drug related objects were located.  Martinez, Sabino Reyes-Valdez, and Miguel Pena-Lopez were arrested. Reyes-Valdez was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects. Pena-Lopez was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

 

 

On March 10, 2022, the CCDU located a wanted subject by the name of Jason Sanders. Sanders was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Sanders also had active out of state warrants for a probation violation and joyriding a vehicle.

 

 

On March 14, 2022, the CCDU attempted to conduct a traffic stop on vehicle driven by Jason Carver and occupied by Amber Grantham. Carver fled and a vehicle pursuit ensued. Carver eventually fled from the vehicle on foot and was apprehended. Carver and Grantham were found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and both arrested. Once at the Coffee County Jail, it was discovered that Grantham had an additional quantity of methamphetamine hidden. The couple were charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Carver was additionally charged with abandonment of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, and feeing and eluding. Grantham was additionally charged with crossing guard lines with drugs, and she had a probation violation warrant for her arrest too.

 

 

On March 16, 2022, the CCDU conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by Devarius Peterson. Peterson fled from the vehicle on foot, and was apprehended a short distance later. Peterson was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and was arrested. Peterson was charged with trafficking in cocaine and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

 

 

On march 17, 2022, the CCDU located a wanted subject by the name of Tommy Lee Hutchinson. Hutchinson had an active warrant for violating the terms of his probation, for the original offense of possession of dangerous drugs.

 

 

On March 17, 2022, the CCDU conducted a search of a motel room in Douglas. As a result, suspected methamphetamine and drug related objects were located. Christopher Kirkland was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related objects.
