Mr. Lamar Rey Ortega, age 23 of Willacoochee, Ga. passed away, Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Ga..  

 

 

Survivors include:

 

Mother:  Jennifer Mosley Ortega and fiance Berry Floyd of Willacoochee, Ga.

 

 

Father:  Luis Rey Ortega of Valdosta, Ga.

 

 

Sister:  Reyna Ortega of Valdosta, Ga.

 

 

Significant other:  Alicha Stephens of Douglas, Ga.

 

 

Several other relatives also survive.

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Ortega will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Willacoochee First Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Joiner and Rev. Joe Taft officiating. The interment will follow in Willacoochee City Cemetery in Willacoochee, Ga..

 

 

Visitation for Mr. Ortega will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga.

 

 

Attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and standards regarding containment of the coronavirus including masks and social distancing.

 

 

Relihan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
