Mr. William E. Abercrombie, Jr. age 56 of Douglas, GA passed away Friday evening, August 26, 2022 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Abercrombie was born October 21, 1965 to Barbara Abercrombie and the late William E. Abercrombie, Sr. 

 

 

Mr. Abercrombie, a native of Coffee County, was a self employed electrical contractor. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. 

 

 

Survivors include: 

 

 

1 Son: William Drew Abercrombie of Douglas, GA 

 

 

1 Daughter: Taylor A. Carver and husband Colton of Snipesville, GA 

 

 

His Mother: Barbara Abercrombie of Douglas, GA 

 

 

2 Brothers: William Calvin Abercrombie and wife Gloria of Waynesburg, PA 

William Alan Abercrombie and wife Ashley of Social Circle, GA 

 

 

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends 

 

 

Memorialization will be by cremation. 

 

 

The family wants to thank all friends and neighbors for their support during his illness. 

 

 

Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
