The Community Foundation of Central Georgia has been recognized for its work with Forum Communications by receiving a gold level honor from the Hermes Creative Awards for its brand and logo development work.
Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. Hermes Creative Awards recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communications professionals.
There were over 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada, and 26 other countries in the Hermes Creative Awards 2022 competition. Entries were submitted by corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising and marketing agencies like Forum Communications, production companies, and freelancers. Of those receiving Platinum Awards, Forum Communications is one of only 10 organizations recognized from the state of Georgia, and the only locally owned agency north of Atlanta to receive recognition.
The brand and logo development for the Community Foundation of Central Georgia was awarded a Gold Hermes Creative Award in the Logo category, utilizing circles and connectivity to show how philanthropy and partnership strengthens communities.
“We had already collaborated with Forum Communications on previous projects and really valued and trusted their work, so when it came time to re-brand and develop a new logo, we knew they were the perfect choice to develop it to the fullest,” said Community Foundation of Central Georgia President Kathryn H. Dennis. “Forum understood the challenges we face in uniting a wide range of communities and affiliations and tapped into our unique situation to produce something that brings us all together. Our new logo reflects our mission by showcasing CFCG as a truly regional organization with an unending commitment to enhancing the quality of life for everyone across central Georgia.”
Forum was also honored for two other submissions. The brand and logo development for the Bridgepoint Clinic in Atlanta was awarded a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in the Logo category, showcasing the use of the lines as the various paths to achieve mental wellness. The brand usage and style guide for Gainesville City School Systems was awarded an Honorable Mention after streamlining the school system’s logo use and messaging across all elementary, middle, and high school brand elements.
“It’s an honor to see our clients, and our work for our clients, recognized by the Hermes Creative Awards,” said Katie Dubnik, president of Forum Communications. “We work with an amazing team, and we’re always blessed to see our work recognized and to see real results for our clients.”
