Lidia Zavaleta-Lopez, 82

Lidia Zavaleta-Lopez, age 82, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia following an extended illness. Mrs. Zavaleta-Lopez was born in Guerrero, Mexico,  on August 3, 1940 to the late Epifanio Lopez and Antelma Escamilla.

 

 

Survivors include: Her Husband; Carlos Zavaleta, Three Sons; Miguel Angel Zavaleta, Bernardino Zavaleta, Carlos Zavaleta, Three Daughters; Yolanda Zavaleta, Francisca Zavaleta, Maria Zavaleta, Fourteen Grandchildren, and Five Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by; One Child, Candelaria Zavaleta.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25, 2022, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 11:00AM, at Inglesia Alfa y Omega with Rev. Rigoberto Victoria and Rev. Rafael Galvan officiating. The interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be: Rigo Victoria, Moises Victoria, Isaac Zavaleta, Emmanuel Carrizosa, Miguel Angel Zavaleta, and Carlos Zavaleta.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
