Mrs. Joan Thompson, age 90, of Calhoun, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022.
She was born on November 2, 1932 to the late Herman and Maggie Adams. She is survived by her sons, Michael Thompson and his wife, Nina, Stuart Thompson and his wife, Shelia; grandchildren, Amanda Kelly and her husband, Steve, Ryan Thompson and his wife, Serene; great grandchildren, Norah Kelly, Bailee Thompson, and Lilly Thompson. A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 2:00PM at the Douglas City Cemetery with Rev. James Sapp officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 1:30PM at Sims Funeral Home.
