Willie Arthur Johnson, Jr. was born on December 16, 1962 to the late Willie A. Johnson, Sr. and the late Lurlene Johnson.  His brother Tommie Lee Johnson preceded him in death.

Junebug, as he was affectionately called, attended the school system in Telfair County.  He was last employed on the clean up crew with Pilgrim’s Pride in Douglas, Ga.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Two sons: James Johnson & Joshua Johnson both of Douglas; 7 grandkids; wife: Becky Thomas; Niece: Jasmine Johnson of Douglas; A special friend: Ernestine Johnson, and a close friend: Brenda Williams.  Like a brother: Robert Livingston.

The wake will be Friday, December 16, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Chapel of Johnson Funeral & Cremation Services.

Willie Arthur Johnson, Jr.’s homegoing celebration will be at 11:00 am Saturday, December 17, 2022 in the Rockhill CME Church in Jacksonville, Ga. with interment in the Rockhill CME Church Cemetery in Jacksonville, Georgia.  Pastor Willie Williams will officiate.
