Stacy Edwin Adams, age 75, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Adams was born on August 14, 1947, in Douglas, GA to the late Stacy Adams and Evelyn Hursey  Adams.

 

 

Survivors include: Wife, Nellie Adams of Douglas, GA, Son, Andrew Adams of Douglas, GA, Son, Charles Adams (Beth) of Thomasville, GA, Daughter, Suzanne Ray of Douglas, GA, Grandchildren, Zane Adams, Alyssa Adams, Roan Adams, Carter Adams, Zach Ray, Cady Ray, Mandy Adams, Dylan Ragland, A Special Dog Friend Shucks along with several Nieces and Nephews. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by: Father, Stacy Adams; Mother, Evelyn Hursey Adams; and a Brother, Randall Adams.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm Tanner Baptist Church with Rev. Drake Lomax and Joey Chancey officiating. Interment will follow at Tanner Baptist Church.

 

 

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home.
