Mrs. Susan Mary Kinsey Garcia Moye, age 66 of Douglas, GA, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA following an extended illness. Mrs. Moye was born, February 8, 1956 to the late Harry Stanley Kinsey and the late Ida Mae Fowell Kinsey.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband: John Garcia, 4 Siblings: Butchy Kinsey, Sandy Novotny, Timmy Kinsey and Tommy Kinsey: and 2 BFF’s DeeDee Varble and Guy Dionne.
Mrs. Moye, a native of San Fernando Valley, CA, had been a school teacher in Los Angeles, CA district. She was a member of 1st United Methodist Church of Douglas, GA.

Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends
Memorialization is by cremation.
