Mr. Johnny Earl Daniels, age 69 years old of Pearson, Ga. passed away, Friday, April 21, 2023, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Ga. following an extended illness.  

 

 

He was born on December 28, 1953, in Douglas, Ga., the son of Homer and Rena McKinnon Daniels. Mr. Daniels made his home in Pearson, working with Lee & Sons Meats and as a supervisor with Wal-Mart Distribution.  He enjoyed learning about history, reading, fishing, football, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with family.  Mr. Daniels was a U.S. Army veteran of 10 years and was preceded in death by his parents.

 

 

Survivors include:

 

 

Wife:  Maxine Daniels of Pearson, Ga.

 

 

Son:  Jonathan Daniels of Valdosta, Ga.

 

 

Daughter:  Diane Stewart and husband, Jamey of Nicholls, Ga.

 

 

Brother:  James Gregory Daniels and wife, Jean of Douglas, Ga.

 

 

4 Grandchildren:  Amanda McCrea and husband, Logan

Heather Wilson

Karley Williams and husband, Brock

Logan Stewart

 

 

2 Great-Grandchildren:  Roen and Luke McCrea

 

 

A visitation for Mr. Daniels was held Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Relihan Funeral Home. Memorialization was by cremation.

 

 

Relihan Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
