Words of encouragement and prayer were offered by Pastor Lawrence Clemmons of Word Harvest International Ministries of Douglas. Former Youth Council members Asia Denning, Jenna Williams, and Caleb Bagley spoke to the group about their college experiences after serving on the Mayor’s Youth Council.

She is the daughter of Samantha Oliver and Bernar Henderson and has one sister, Jasmine Oliver. Destiny’s hobbies are playing music, shopping, and traveling.

The Youth Council chose Tabitha Paulk as the Outstanding Community Leader Spotlight for May for her service to the youth and Douglas community.
