Ryan Derek Davis, age 41 of Valdosta, GA passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness. 

 

 

Mr. Davis was born on October 22, 1981 to the late Bill Derek Davis and Selena Kim McKinnon.

 

 

Survivors include: Grandmother: Ruby Davis of Douglas, GA, Step Mother; Cheryl Davis of Douglas, GA, Sister; Emily Davis of Gainsville, GA, Uncle; Tony (Brandy) Davis of Douglas, GA, Nieces and Nephews; Bran Davis, Hillary (Jared) Scott, Addison Nipper, and Bo Davis Dockery.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 10:15AM until 11:00AM at Covenant Church.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 11:00AM at Covenant Church with Pastor Gregory Pope and Rev. Cliff Kirkland officiating.  The interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery.

 

 

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to “Mercy’s Bridge Recovery Center.org” director Rev. Cliff Kirkland.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
