Former Coffee County elections supervisor Misty Hampton and former chair of the Coffee County Republican Party Cathy Latham have been indicted in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s investigation into former President Donald Trump’s alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Additionally, Trump has also been indicted — his fourth indictment this year.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has reported that those who have been indicted, in addition to Trump, Hampton, and Latham, include a host of others. Among them are former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, one of Trump’s closest advisors; Mark Meadows, former White House Chief of Staff; David Shafer, former Georgia Republican Party chair; State Senator Shawn Still; attorneys John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Bob Cheeley, Ray Smith, and Kenneth Chesebro; Jeffrey Clark, a former assistant U.S. attorney general; Republican operative Michael Roman; Scott Hall, a bail bondsman in Atlanta who is connected to the Coffee County breaches; Trevian Kutti, who used to be a publicist for Kanye West and R. Kelly; Stephen Cliffguard Lee, a minister from Illinois; and Harrison Floyd, a former U.S. House of Representatives candidate then a director of Black Voices for Trump.

These defendants will be charged under the Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) statutes.

Willis will hold a press conference Monday night to discuss the indictments. This is a developing story.
