Carolyn Mancil, age 79, of Nicholls, GA, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 10, 1944, the daughter of Mr. Homer Paulk and Mrs. Ethel Baisden Paulk.

 

 

Her survivors include: Two Sons; Grady Ray Mancil Jr. of Loganville, GA, and William Marcus (Christina) Mancil of Douglas, GA, Four Grandchildren: Raelyn (Mitchell) Tucker, Kameron (Mallory) Mancil, Kathryn Mancil, and Garrett Mancil, Three Great-Grandchildren: Aubree Grimes, Hallie Tucker, and Lane Tucker, along with several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by: Her Beloved Husband; Grady Ray Mancil Sr., One Son; Robert Jason Mancil, Father; Homer Paulk, Mother; Ethel Baisden Paulk, Three Brothers; Johnny Paulk, Harvey Paulk, and Curtis Paulk, Five Sisters; Geneva Smith, Odessa Spires, Wynelle Drury, Nellie Lindsey, and Geraldine Paulk.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6PM until 9PM.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Sims Chapel, in Douglas, GA, at 2PM, with Rev. Rick Darby officiating. Interment will follow after the service.
