Charles Douglas, age 65, of Pearson, GA passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023, in Savannah, GA following an extended illness. Mr. Douglas was born on November 18, 1958, in Coffee County, GA, to the late Joe Douglas Jr. and Betty Jean Baisden Douglas.

 

 

Survivors include: Six Brothers; Tommy Douglas of Pearson, GA, Lonnie Douglas of Birmingham, AL, Jimmy Douglas of Hazlehurst, GA, Billy Douglas of Broxton, GA, Thomas Douglas of Pennsylvania, Loren Douglas Of Blackshear, GA, Two Sisters; Bonnie Harrell of Douglas, GA, Connie Davis of Douglas, GA, A Special Niece; Mary Ortega of Pearson, GA, Step-Mother, Linda Douglas of Broxton, GA and One Daughter; Brandy Sams of Alabama. He was preceded in death by: Two Brothers; Johnny Douglas, and Ronnie Douglas, Father; Joe Douglas Jr., and Mother; Jean Baisden Douglas.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 11:00AM, at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Spikes and Rev. Clyde Purvis officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
