Ronald Baisden, age 71, of Hazlehurst, GA, passed away peacefully at Coffee Regional Medical Center, on Thursday, December 14, 2023. He was born on March 8, 1952, the son of the late Earlie Bird Baisden and Vera Purvis Baisden Stewart.

 

 

His survivors include: Three Sisters; Ruth Stewart of Hazlehurst, GA, Marjorie Sanders of Alachua, Florida, and Margaret Ann Goble of Southaven, Mississippi, along with several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by: Four Brothers; Ander-Lee Baisden, George Baisden, Junior Baisden and Robert Baisden, Two Sisters; Betty Jean Douglas and Earlene Baisden, Father; Earlie Bird Baisden and Mother; Vera Purvis Baisden Stewart.

 

 

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 18, 2023, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Salem Holiness Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

 

Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
