The following statistics represent investigations conducted by Coffee County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit (CCDU) for 2023.
The CCDU applied for and was granted 332 arrest warrants. These arrests stemmed from investigations into violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and other crimes. Fourteen (14) of these investigations involved incidents of drug trafficking.
The CCDU also seized 88 firearms, three of which had been reported stolen and were ultimately returned to their owners.
