Lorie P. Wilson, age 62, of Douglas, Ga, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at her residence. She was born on September 4, 1961, the daughter of Mr. David Wilson and Mrs. Paulette McKinnon Wilson.
Her survivors include: One Brother; Ray (Kay) Hancock of Alma, GA, Two Nephews; Levi (Jessica) Hancock of Alma, GA, and Blake (Laura) Hancock of Savannah, GA, Great Niece and Nephews; Dalton Hancock, Denver Hancock, Landon Hancock, Taylor Hancock, Keith Moore, Gauge Moore, One Uncle, One Aunt, and several Cousins. She is preceded in death by: Father; David Wilson and Mother; Paulette McKinnon Wilson, Special Relative; Raymond Hancock.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 12:30PM until 1:30PM, at Sims Funeral Home of Douglas, GA.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at 2:00PM, at the City of Douglas Cemetery, with Pastor Shirley Jump officiating. Interment will follow at the City of Douglas Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will include: Levi Hancock, Dalton Hancock, Blake Hancock, Denver Hancock, John McKinnon and Winston Morrison.
