Tammy Ruth Moore, age 56, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Ms. Moore was born on August 4, 1967 in Homerville, GA to the late Elias and Patricia Batten.
Survivors include: Two Sons; Kerry (Spring) Moore Jr. of Douglas, GA, Korey (Brooke)Moore of Douglas, GA, Eight Grandchildren; Kiley Moore, Emelyn Moore, Levi Moore, Isaiah Ashford, Isaac Moore, Cammie Moore, Shelby Moore, Kannon Moore, Sister; Karen (Richard)Stalvey of Pearson, GA, Two Brothers; Mark (Jody) Batten of Pearson, GA, Tracey (Stacey) Batten of Pearson, GA, Father-In-Law; Elias (Joyce) Moore of Douglas, GA, Special Friends; Kerry Moore Sr. and Jerome Wilson. Ms. Moore was preceded in death by, Mother-In-Law; Beatrice Moore.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 6PM until 9PM, at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 2PM, at Jowers Chapel Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Marshall Dye officiating. The interment will follow at Tanner Baptist Church Cemetery.
