Donald Sterling (Don) Campbell – 79 of Douglas Georgia inherited his heavenly reward on Friday, February 23, 2024 in HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida after a brief illness. Don was born on July 4, 1944 to his adoptive parents the late Dean and Wanda Campbell in Fairbury, Nebraska. As a result, he was very involved in Cursillos in Christianity, was trained as a healing prayer minister and a lay catechist to help others encounter Jesus. Don was a member of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Douglas, Georgia, where he served as Parish Administrator and Treasurer until his passing. In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by a daughter Constance Lee (Connie) Campbell.
