James Kirk Solomon, age 43, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024 at his residence following a brief illness. Mr. Solomon was born on August 21, 1980, in Douglas, GA, to Beth Mills and the late Joel Solomon.
Survivors include: His Mother; Beth Mills of Douglas, GA, One Daughter; Joley Cady Solomon and Mother Kayla Solomon of Douglas, GA, One Brother; Joey Solomon of Douglas, GA, Two Nephews; Mills Solomon of Alma, GA, Mason Solomon of Alma, GA, Two Aunts; Paula (Kevin) Kneeland of Douglas, GA, Rhonda (Jim) Abajian of Douglas, GA, and One Uncle; William (Debbie) Mills of Douglas, GA. He was preceded in death by; his father Joel Soloman, grandparents, J.C. and Louise Solomon, Osbon and Lois Mills, a first cousin Will Mazur.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 5:30PM until 8:30PM, at Sims Funeral Home
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 2:00PM, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Matt Smith and Elder Luke Mizell officiating. Chap Hodge will deliver a Eulogy. Bruce White will dedicate the interment. The interment will follow the service at Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will be: Brian Ward, Nick Evans, Chap Hodge, Luke Adams, Trevor Ramsey, Stacy Adams, and Steve Adams.
