Billie Jo Richey Kleven, age 93, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully at the Landings of Douglas on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. She was born on March 4, 1930, the daughter of Mr. Willie Presley Richey and Mrs. Clara O. Richey.

Her survivors include: One Daughter; Karen K. Parker of Douglas, GA, Two Sons; William (Teri Johnson) A. Kleven of Jacksonville, FL, and Arthur (Wendy Jacobs) R. Kleven of Arvada, CO, Two Grandchildren; Chelsea Jacobs, and Mia Jacobs-Kleven, One Brother; Robert G. Richey, along with several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by; Her Beloved Husband; Sherman O. Kleven, One Daughter; Mary Lee Kleven, One Grandson; Jackson D. Crews, One Twin Sister; Mary Lu Richey Hubbard, One Brother; Thomas O. Richey, Father; Willie Presley Richey, and Mother; Clara O. Richey.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 11:00AM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA. The Memorial Service will be a special service for Mr. Sherman O. Kleven and Mrs. Billie Jo Kleven.

Memorialization will be by cremation. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
