Christopher Michael Fowler, age 45, of Douglas, GA passed away on Saturday February 3, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Fowler was born on January 15, 1979 to Cheryl Foreman and the late Norman Fowler.
Survivors include: His Mother; Cheryl (Woody) Foreman of Douglas, GA, Two Sisters; Debra Fowler of Douglas, GA, Bridget Ferrer of New York, Two Brothers; Joshua (Suzie) Fowler of Williston, FL, Patrick Fowler of New York, Two Nieces; Lacie Austin, Mikayla Fowler, One Nephew; Seth Fowler, and One Sister in Law; Melanie (Justin) Boals of Augusta, GA.
The family will receive friends on Saturday February 10, 2024, from 1:00PM until 2:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday February 10, 2024, at 2:00PM, at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with family and friends officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
