Chamber of Commerce celebrates the grand opening of Elite Real Estate Partners, LLC

The Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Elite Real Estate Partners, LLC, on Monday, July 29, 2024. The event marked a significant milestone for the locally owned and operated real estate agency founded by Denise Lott and Chuck Bird.

The celebration took place at the new Elite Real Estate Partners, LLC office, located at 122 E. Ashley Street, on the corner of Ashley Street and Madison Avenue. The program commenced with a warm welcome from Chelsea Graham of the Chamber, who addressed a large and enthusiastic crowd gathered for the occasion.

Pastor and Realtor Byron Griffis, a member of the Elite Real Estate Partners team, blessed the establishment and its dedicated team of real estate professionals. His heartfelt invocation set a positive and hopeful tone for the event.

Ben Floyd, Chair of the Chamber of Commerce Board, extended his congratulations to the Elite Real Estate Partners team on their exciting new venture. He expressed gratitude for their investment in the community and their partnership with the local Chamber.

Megan Rabun, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), praised the agency for its commitment to Downtown Douglas’s economic development. She emphasized how Elite Real Estate Partners’ investment aligns with the DDA’s mission to ensure the continued prosperity of Downtown Douglas.

Denise Lott, Realtor and Part Owner of Elite Real Estate Partners, LLC, shared her excitement and joy at realizing her dream of owning a real estate agency. She extended her heartfelt thanks to her business partner, Chuck Bird, and their exceptional team, which comprises both experienced agents and newcomers to the real estate industry. Lott highlighted the wealth of experience and knowledge that their team brings to the agency and expressed optimism about the future.
