Track teams set PRs at Bainbridge meet

The Coffee High Track teams participated in The Larry Clark Track & Field Invitational at Bainbridge High School. The meet consisted of sixteen high school teams from Florida and Georgia. The Lady Trojans scored 58 points to place sixth overall out of eleven teams. The Trojans were in eighth place out of fourteen teams scoring 56 points. The Lowndes County Track programs won both the boys and girls team trophies.

Junior Ensley Crawford won the 1600 meter run setting a new personal record with a time of 5 minutes and 39.09 seconds. Junior Keyon Livingston set a new personal record with a first place finish in the 110 meter hurdles of 15.37 seconds.

Sophomore Kashariyona White finished second in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.41 seconds and in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 48.28 seconds. Kenyon Livingston finished with a new personal record with a time of 43.02 seconds for a second place finish.

Ensley Crawford took third place in the 800 meter run with a new personal record of 2 minutes and 33.35 seconds. Senior Tyrese Woodgett set a new personal record in the 100 meter with a time of 10.98 seconds.

The Lady Trojan relay team of Ella Edge, L’Kia Wilson, Christina Smith, and Nahla Franklin finished with a fourth place finish with a time of 1 minute 53.09 seconds. Freshman Angeline Johnson completed the 3200 meter run in 14 minutes and 32.73 seconds for a fourth place finish. Lima LeBrocq set a new personal record with a time of 4 minutes and 52.52 seconds.

Sophomore Kaloni Styles placed fifth in the 100 Meter Hurdles with a time of 19.20 seconds. Senior Tyrese Hansley threw the discus 121 feet and 10 inches for a fifth place finish. Senior Travis Adam finished the 100 meter dash with a fifth place finish with a time of 11.07 seconds.

Freshman Ambriel High scored a sixth place finish in the shot put clearing 30 feet and 3 inches. Kaloni Styles placed sixth in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 53.29 seconds. Freshman Amariyah Mari Wallace finished with a time of 2 minutes and 56.61 seconds for a new personal record in the 800 meter run. The Lady Trojan 4X400 meter relay team of Amariyah Mari Wallace, Jazaria Roper, L’Kia Wilson and Carrdreal Pearson placed sixth with a time of 4 minutes and 56.23 seconds. The 4X200 meter relay claimed a sixth place finish with a time of 1 minute and 33.77 seconds consisting of Amir McElhaney, Trey SmithJaquan Harrison, and Mark White. The Trojan 4X400 meter relay team of Mark White, Markell White, Morgan Hines and Trey Smith finished with a time of 3 minutes and 47.73 seconds.

The Trojan 4X800 meter relay team of Aiden Brunam, Finn Doherty, KeShaun Mizzell, and Liam LeBroq ran 9 minutes and 55.71 seconds for seventh place finish. Dillion Yarberry claimed seventh place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5 minutes and 13.18 seconds.

Freshman Morgan Hines placed eighth in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 43.50 seconds for a new personal record. Dillion Yarberry scored an eighth place finish in the 3200 meter run with a time of 11 minutes and 48.68 seconds.
