William Baxter Mills, age 65, of Douglas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2024 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Mills was born on September 26, 1959, in Coffee County, GA, to the late Osbon Mills and Lois Cady Mills.
Survivors include: His Wife; Debra Smith Mills, One Son; Brody (Jessica) Mills of Douglas GA, Two Daughters; Lindy Mills Wooten (Charlie Mac) of Ambrose, GA, Tara Mills Simpson (Dustin) of Waynesville, GA, Three Sisters; Beth Mills, Rhonda Abajian (Jim), Paula Kneeland (Keven), Five Grandchildren; Baylee Lott, Elijah Lott, Brilee Mills, Blair Mills, Walker Wooten, and several Nieces and Nephews.
The Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM, at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 11:00AM, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Matt Smith, Elder Danny O’Neal, Elder Timothy Fussell, Elder Joey Chancey, and Chuck Sims will deliver the eulogy.
Active Pallbearers will be: Steve Adams, Stacy Adams, Gage Aldridge, Bernie Forth, Joey Solomon, Buddy Ray, Juran Ray, and Drew Forth.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: WalMart Distribution Center Employees.
