The Oncology Support Group at Coffee Regional Medical Center invites the community to a special session on Tuesday, March 18, at 5:30 p.m. featuring guest speaker Michael Paulk. Paulk will present “Food as Medicine,” sharing his personal journey with disease and the impact of nutrition on health.

During the session, Paulk will discuss findings from The China Project, a groundbreaking study on the connection between diet and disease. This research reshaped his perspective on food and played a key role in managing his own health challenges. His goal is to share these insights with others who may benefit from a new approach to nutrition and wellness.

The Oncology Support Group meets at The Wellness Center, 200 Doctors Drive, Suite T, and welcomes patients, survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about cancer-related topics.

Upcoming Oncology Support Group Meetings:

April 15 – Cancer Statistics with Candace Musgrove, FNP

May 20 – Skin Cancer Awareness with Hallie Brigmond, PA

June 17 – Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia and Her Cancer Journey with Karla Chaney, RN

For more information about the Oncology Support Group or to attend an upcoming meeting, please contact The Wellness Center (912) 383-6988.
