Mrs. Teresa Marie Hand Anderson, age 61, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Eastman Healthcare and Rehab following a period of declining health.
Teresa was born April 2, 1963in Douglas, Georgia, to the late Norman L. Hand, Jr. and Marilyn Roberts Hand. She was a greeting card representative for American Greetings and was of the Baptist faith.
Teresa is survived by her mother, Marilyn Roberts Hand of Douglas, Georgia; 1 brother, Andy Hand; 1 sister-in-law, Cathy Hand; and one brother-in-law, James Anderson, all of Douglas, Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Along with her father, Teresa is preceded in death by her husband, Kerry Anderson, and one brother, Hal Damon Hand.
Memorialization will be by cremation and no formal services will be held at this time.
