On April 8, 2025, deputies with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office successfully apprehended Brittini Daine Paulk, a 40-year-old wanted felon with outstanding warrants in multiple jurisdictions across Georgia and Oklahoma.

At the time of her arrest, Paulk was wanted by the Upson County Sheriff’s Office for numerous charges, including failure to appear for forgery in the first degree, identity fraud, driving without a license (suspended) and no insurance.

Further investigation revealed that Paulk was also wanted by the Doraville Police Department on a bench warrant for failure to appear in relation to a traffic offense involving the creation of a hazardous condition. Additionally, authorities in Custer County, Arapaho, Oklahoma had issued a warrant for Paulk’s arrest on charges of fraud – impersonation.

Following her apprehension by Coffee County deputies, Paulk was transported to Upson County, where she will face her initial charges. Upon resolution of her legal proceedings in Georgia, she is expected to be extradited to Oklahoma to address the outstanding charges in Custer County.

Sheriff Fred Cole commends the collaborative efforts of law enforcement agencies in Georgia and Oklahoma in ensuring that fugitives are brought to justice.
